As an award endowed with funds from the Ontario Student Opportunity Trust Fund (OSOTF), students must meet the following criteria: (1) Canadian Citizenship/Permanent Resident/Protected Person; (2) Ontario residency, as per the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development guidelines; and (3) financial need.  Receiving OSAP, for example, demonstrates eligibility in all three criteria for this award.

To be awarded to an undergraduate student entering first-year studies in Arts and Science at Innis College. Awarded on the basis of financial need to an Ontario resident. Preference will be given to students who, by their leadership, have contributed to the life of their high school and/or community.
