To be awarded to (a) full-time, undergraduate Innis College student(s) who is enrolled in the Urban Studies Program at the University of Toronto on the basis of financial need. The annual income available for awards must be awarded to full time, domestic Canadian residents in compliance with the UTAPS program guidelines and the Policy on Student Financial Support. This award is distributed by Enrolment Services.

As an award endowed with funds from the Ontario Student Opportunity Trust Fund (OSOTF), students must meet all of the following criteria: (1) Canadian Citizenship/Permanent Resident/Protected Person; (2) Ontario residency, see “How do I know if I qualify as an Ontario resident for student loan purposes?”; and (3) financial need.  Receiving OSAP, for example, demonstrates eligibility in all three criteria for this award.

To be awarded to the Innis College undergraduate student with the highest CGPA entering each Innis College academic program (Cinema Studies, Urban Studies, Writing & Rhetoric). One award per year per program. Newly admitted transfer students are eligible. Students are eligible for this award only during their first opportunity to enroll in a subject POSt (whether upon finishing 4.0 credits or upon transferring to the Faculty).
