To be awarded to an Innis College undergraduate degree student in the Faculty of Arts and Science (FAS) on the basis of financial need and Ontario residency. Academic merit may also be considered.

In the context of considering outstanding academic performance, students with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 3.70 as they pass their 5th, 10th & 15th credit completed in the FAS will be considered first, so long as they meet the primary criteria of financial need and Ontario residency.
